EVENT MANAGEMENT

We manage events for hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. We specialise in crowd health and safety management for indoor and outdoor events, that are either ticketed or open to the public. We can organise road closures and licences, stewards, medics, caterers, and box office teams. Our production team can also build the infrastructure you need to run your event, and ensure your audiences have a five-star experience.

HELIOS

In 2025 we were appointed by the National Trust as Tour Producers for ‘Helios’ a new artwork by UK artist, Luke Jerram. Helios toured to National Trust and partner properties, marking the launch of their new 10-year strategy.

LONDON 2012 FESTIVAL

In 2012, we worked on various Cultural Olympiad events programmed as part of the London 2012 Festival.

LAUNCH OF TITANIC BELFAST

We were commissioned to create the opening launch event for the new Titanic visitor attraction in Belfast.

BLYTH TALL SHIPS FESTIVAL

We managed the North Sea Tall Ships Regatta event in 2016 at the Port of Blyth.

THE GREAT BRITISH GARDEN PARTY

In 2018, we took on the logistical planning and event management of THE GREAT BRITISH GARDEN PARTY at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.
