Flexible working, based in our Northumberland head office, hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate.

We have a vacancy for a new Head of Finance who will play a vital role in supporting Culture Creative's day-to-day finance requirements. This role includes providing insights, assessing risks and opportunities, strategic planning, and forecasting to help drive the growth and long-term success of the business.

Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with proven experience in management accounting, confident in interpreting financial data, and experienced in partnering with operational and senior management teams. They will also need strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in using financial systems, including Excel. A recognised accounting qualification (ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferred, and experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment would be highly advantageous.

Culture Creative underwent an acquisition with Sony in 2022, who now own 75% of the company. Therefore, for the right candidate, this is a chance to be the senior finance person in a growing business, working with the Directors, and having exposure to Sony as part of the wider group.

We are interested in hearing from  freelance Prop Makers & Scenic Artists to work alongside our creative team in our Northumberland workshop, helping to deliver a range of props for indoor and outdoor exhibitions.

Ideally located within commuting distance of Belford, NE70, although accommodation can be provided if necessary.
