This 3-dimensional glittering heart stands over 11 feet tall and is a striking centre piece in the garden.

The trail lighting design is by John A Stewart and Joel Britt. This talented duo has also programmed the overhead battens installed for Light Lines, and the light show for Textured Trees that opens the trail.

Spin Me A Yarn is an oversized ball of neon yarn that winds its thread around the garden, playfully exploring the meaning of our relationship to ordinary objects and our environment.

The Glow Garden uses soft flame-effect bulbs to create a warm hearth at the centre of the trail. Here visitors can pause and enjoy the glow from the flame patterns across the lawn and the detail created when the light catches the surrounds of each of our intricately carved fire spheres.

A light installation by British artist Geraldine Pilgrim. From the white doves of peace to the blue birds of happiness, Two in the Hand celebrates how the simplicity of seeing birds in a tree, can bring joy to us all.

A full moon on a clear starry night. This huge inflatable sphere (10 metres in diameter) suspended low in the sky is surrounded by hundreds of tiny glistening stars.

This immersive, welcoming tunnel of warm light is equally spectacular when viewed from the inside or out. Inspired by arched church windows and appearing from a distance to be a single solid shape, the Winter Cathedral is illuminated by tens of thousands of LED light globes.
