Ian Bone
Director, Head of Production
Ian Bone leads our production team worldwide and oversees the running of our warehouse. He has over 35 years experience of working on large-scale events worldwide. So, if you need strategic planning, logistics, technical expertise, health and safety advice, and solid paperwork, our Director Ian and his team can help.
Ben Coxon
Senior Production Manager
Ben worked in concert touring, theatrical touring, and corporate and private events before he landed in the large-scale, site-specific outdoor arts events world. He has a wide-ranging knowledge and experience base, and has worked in almost every department of any major event. At Culture Creative, Ben’s role spreads far and wide including leading the UK-based production department, and the on-site delivery of some of our most prestigious events
Emily Owen
Asset Manager
Emily worked at White Light for 16 years where she was responsible for wet hires. In 2022 she started working at Culture Creative in logistics and shipping. As Asset Manager she is primarily responsible for documenting equipment and stock control, which is essential for ensuring our creative team have the kit they need to programme our trails worldwide.
Elly Boston
Production and Event Coordinator
Elly is the Production & Event Coordinator at Culture Creative after having worked with us as a freelancer for a number of projects. Working alongside multiple teams within the business as well as artists, collaborators and site teams, she is responsible for overseeing the logistical movement of content across the UK and oversees - as well as project managing, and supporting the delivery of events on the ground
Gemma Dunne
Event Producer
Gemma has moved to Culture Creative as Event Producer following a successful 20-year career in stage management. Gemma’s work has seen her stage manage live productions across the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. As Event Producer for Culture Creative Gemma will be bringing her skills and knowledge to support the delivery of production and events across the business.

Graeme is a dedicated Warehouse Manager with over five years of hands-on experience. He combines excellent organisational skills with strong industry knowledge to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
