Emily Sewell

Director of Events

Our events team, headed up by Director Emily Sewell, manages all the operational aspects of our events worldwide. From the moment a visitor arrives, to the moment they leave, Emily and her team plan every detail to ensure the best experience possible. Emily joined the team from English Heritage where she spent 21 years within the Event Department, 15 of those years as Head of Events, overseeing an extensive public programme across circa 50 historic properties.

Ellie Barnatt

Senior Producer - Event Operations

Ellie has over 15 years’ experience of event production for both public sector and commercial clients, and began her career as Events Manager for Kew Gardens. At Culture Creative, Ellie manages our portfolio of LIGHTSCAPE events in the USA and is the Senior Producer for Christmas at  Bedgebury.

Karl Goodwin

Event Producer and Project Manager

Karl joined Culture Creative in 2024 as an Event Producer and Project Manager, bringing experience in producing and delivering events in complex environments. Previously, he worked with English Heritage’s Southern Events Team, managing a wide range of public events from initial concept through to on-site delivery across landmark properties including Osborne House, Dover Castle, and Battle Abbey. Karl is also experienced in planning anddelivering conferences and workshops in academia.

Demelza Triffitt

Event Producer

Previously Demelza worked in corporate events and spent 6 years in the events team at English Heritage. At Culture Creative, she works with the wider production teams to deliver Stockton International Riverside Festival, various Halloween and Christmas trails, and in 2025 toured with artist Luke Jerram installing Helios for the National Trust. Demelza has a Diploma in Risk and Safety Management for Crowds & Events.

Ellie Taylor

Event Producer

Elinor Taylor is a producer and project manager working across large-scale events, immersive experiences and multi-disciplinary performances. With Culture Creative, she has delivered festivals and illuminated trails at major heritage sites, managing and assisting with creative development, budgets, logistics, and complex on-site operations. Her background spans circus, cabaret, and major arts festivals, with a strong track record in artist management and live production. She is known for calm leadership, collaborative practice and delivering ambitious creative projects with precision.

Clare Brown

Event Planner

Clare has a background in the theatre industry and over 16 years experience as a project and operations manager across both the public and private sectors. During this time she worked on events ranging from small intimate weddings to large corporate She spent 12 years working overseas in China, Azerbaijan, Malaysia and most recently as operations manager for a chain of hotels in Fiji.

Sam Pollock

Event Producer (Australia)

With 20 years in the events sector and nine as a producer, Sam Pollock has delivered major events across Australia, including serving as National Producer for CCL Australia. Drawing on experience working with state and federal government,  multi day festivals and large conferences, Sam specialises in large‑scale event production and operations, strategic planning, and complex stakeholder management.
