Gary Campbell is our Head of Business Operations. His role is to oversee the day-to-day running of the organisation. Based in our head office in Northumberland, Gary and his team manage our complex legal arrangements with clients and contractors worldwide.

Adam Fawcus

Finance Manager

Adam joined the team after university and has since qualified as an ACCA accountant. He is responsible for preparing month-end management accounts, filing quarterly VAT returns, and reconciling event budgets. He works closely with his strong, experienced team to deliver a high level of finance support across the business.  

Lydia Brooks

Contracts Officer

Lydia is our Contracts Officer. With a law degree and legal research background, she aids in the drafting process for agreements with various venues, artists, companies and freelancers working alongside CCL.

Her role includes the administration of these legal documents as well as assisting the finance team during busy seasons.
