In 2013 Culture Creative produced the first Electric Glen trail in Rouken Glen Park, about six miles from Glasgow City Centre in East Renfrewshire. Working closely with East Renfrewshire Council, Culture Creative created a lit trail through the park. We used sound and light to highlight the stunning waterfall, paths and pond through the Park. The history of Scottish chemist Walter Crum also formed part of the experience told through storytelling and theatre from The Walking Theatre Company. Culture Creative also managed the food court, trail catering and car parking for the event.
